For us, planning is more than just organizing steps; it is about preparing, with heartfelt devotion, the place where precious memories will be kept. Roberta
Co-founder · Ceremonial Lead
With over 20 years of experience, Roberta has built her career in the events industry based on remarkable experiences. Throughout this journey, she has had the opportunity to learn from top-tier professionals, refining her eye for detail, sophistication, and excellence.
Roberta works directly in the interpersonal support of clients, guiding them with sensitivity and attention throughout the entire journey of couples, debutantes, and hosts until the day of the event. Her role is to ensure that each stage unfolds smoothly, easily, and securely.
With a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and currently pursuing an MBA in Event Management, Roberta combines strong interpersonal relationships with couples and families, impeccable organization, strategic leadership, and sensitivity in customer service.
Michele
Co-founder · Creative Direction
Michele is responsible for the creative, strategic, and operational direction of Lead Events, conducting each project with a refined eye for aesthetics, organization, and experience.
Her career spans years in the worlds of fashion, hospitality, and high-end events. With a strong background in Architecture and Interior Design, Michele transforms concepts into sophisticated and intentional environments, creating scenographies that combine identity, functionality, and emotion.
In addition to visual creation, she is involved in strategic planning, operational coordination, and financial management of events. Her purpose is to lead events that go beyond aesthetics, creating memorable, well-structured, and truly meaningful experiences.
